Last year School Aid was successful in its bid to take part in Tesco’s Bags of Help programme.  During November, shoppers at Gerrards Cross and Chalfont Express stores were invited to select one of 3 local charities using tokens they had received with their shopping.

The results are now in, and we are delighted to report that our supporters have once again risen to the challenge and enabled us to win a grant of £1,100.

Tesco supports programmes that bring benefit to local communities, and this money will help us to maintain and continue our annual Fun Run which takes place on June 30th – an important date for your diary.

We wish to thank all the many people who have supported us during their weekly shop or promoted our cause to their friends and families.  We look forward to welcoming you all to our Fun Run in June, which takes place at Bulstrode Park.  It’s open to families, their dogs, walkers, runners, or anybody looking for a fun and healthy way to spend a couple of hours.  It also includes an inter-schools running competition open to all local schools.
