School Aid has been working with partners in Malawi since 2012. During that time we’ve reached some of the country’s most remote schools, shipping over 196,980 books to 150 schools which support 96,535 children, including a number of orphans and vulnerable children. In 2016 we worked with our partners on a research and development reading club project, the resulting success of which has helped shape and roll out our current reading club programme in our other focus countries. In 2018 we will launch the first School Aid Malawi school library, complete with a trained library assistant.
