School Aid at Beaconsfield Now!

At the weekend School Aid attended the annual Beaconsfield Now! event. We have had a stall there every year for 6 years now and it is always a delight to get out and talk to our local community about what we are up to. It provides a great opportunity for us to find new recruits and for local figures, like our MP Dominic Grieve, to show their support for School Aid.

School Aid receives an award of £1,100 from Tesco Bags of Help

Last year School Aid was successful in its bid to take part in Tesco’s Bags of Help programme.  During November, shoppers at Gerrards Cross and Chalfont Express stores were invited to select one of 3 local charities using tokens they had received with their shopping.

The results are now in, and we are delighted to report that our supporters have once again risen to the challenge and enabled us to win a grant of £1,100.
